OUR LOST &
FOUND POLICY

To ensure the safety of your belongings, please take a moment to review our Lost and Found policy:

1. Reporting Lost Items:

If you have misplaced an item, please contact the front desk immediately. Our team will assist you in locating your belongings.

2. Found Items:

If you find an item on our premises, please turn it in to the front desk. We will ensure it is logged and stored securely.

3. Claiming Lost Items:

To claim a lost item, please visit the front desk and provide a detailed description of the item, including any identifying information. Identification and proof of ownership may be required.

4. Storage and Security:

All found items are stored securely in our Lost and Found department. We take care to ensure the safekeeping of all items.

5. Holding Period:

Lost items are held for 90 days. After this period, unclaimed items will be donated to charity or disposed of in accordance with our policy.

6. Valuable Items:

For high-value items such as electronics or jewellery, special handling procedures are in place. If you believe you have lost a valuable item, please notify us as soon as possible.
