If you find an item on our premises, please turn it in to the front desk. We will ensure it is logged and stored securely.
To claim a lost item, please visit the front desk and provide a detailed description of the item, including any identifying information. Identification and proof of ownership may be required.
All found items are stored securely in our Lost and Found department. We take care to ensure the safekeeping of all items.
Lost items are held for 90 days. After this period, unclaimed items will be donated to charity or disposed of in accordance with our policy.
For high-value items such as electronics or jewellery, special handling procedures are in place. If you believe you have lost a valuable item, please notify us as soon as possible.
