Please read all the Terms and Conditions & House Rules and as an acceptance, please sign in this Registration card. Alcohol is not allowed within the community. Loud music and noise are prohibited inside the villa and within the community. Maximum of 4 cars per villa-all adults must pass by the FID for ID/passport scanning. Kids are their parents’ responsibility either in the pool area by themselves. Jumping and horseplay are not permitted in the pool area. Parties are prohibited inside the villas. Guest is responsible to cover the damages caused during their stay. AED1,000 will be taken as a pre-authorization deposit upon check in. Shishas are prohibited inside the villas. Garbage should not be thrown in the street, or pool. Dispose of your garbage only in the containers provided. All guests must comply with these rules and regulations. The hotel management reserves the right to ask any question in violation of these rules to leave the premises and refuse thereafter any further admission in case the guest has given false information then management has a right to ask the guest to do checkout without any refund. I understand that I bear the risks associated with using the private swimming pool inside the villa so that the children are monitored at all times. KAY Homes Villas Ras Al Khaimah, Owner, and all the team are not responsible for any type of injury occurring within the villa and the swimming pool area or the burning materials such as coal or the use of shisha in the swimming pool area. It is also understood that diving is not allowed in the swimming pool as it is not designed for this purpose as the total depth of the pool is 1.5 meters.
I undertake that the facts mentioned in KAY Homes House Rules for Family Check-in only. This booking is only for my family entertainment and I will not invite more friends apart from Identification cards (ID) provided. AED1000 will be charged in case any guest found inside the villa without our consent. I shall take every measure possible not to cause breakage or inconvenience to KAY Homes facilities and other Guests through whatever it means. I also undertake to abide by the terms and conditions for non-playing music, smoking Shishas inside the villa, non-diving in swimming pool policy, not disturbing other villas by any means. For any non-refundable reservations through Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, AirBnB, and other travel agency bookings, it will be charged the full amount and will not be refundable. In the case of breach of any of the above terms by us, KAY Homes has the right to cancel our check-in and no refund will be given and can ask us to vacate the villa immediately irrespective of the time of the day or night. I have checked all the premises inside the villa and the pool area, I am satisfied with the cleaning and the hygiene maintained by the Hotel Management and housekeeping team. I am fully informed that Hotel Management is not responsible for any accidents caused by violating the house rules’ have being informed about all the facilities and amenities they are providing for the guest and I am satisfied with the way they handle the check in. I have read all the points carefully in this registration card.
